Shin Taketori Monogatari: 1000-nen Joou

In the year 1999, Professor Amamori discovers a 10th planet in Earth's solar system, which he names La-Metal. This new planet has a diameter several times larger than Earth, and an unpredictable orbit. Amamori then makes the shocking discovery that this new planet is on a collision course with Earth.

The planet La-Metal orbits the solar system once every thousand years but this time it is fated to come into contact with the doomed planet Earth. As it happens, La-Metal is populated by a subterranean people ruled by Queen Larela. Before the collision, she intends to abduct large numbers of humans to be used as slaves by using operatives already in place on Earth. This force is led by Andromeda Promethium, known to her subordinates as the Millenial Queen, and goes by her Earth name Yukino. Having spent so much time with the people of Earth, Yukino begins to question Queen Larela and lends her help to Professor Amamori as the countdown to destruction approaches moment by moment.
